Welcome to Bear and Eden, a family and dog friendly coffee shop / restaurant in the heart of Stansted Mountfitchet.

All our ingredients are sourced from local farmers, suppliers, coffee roasters, bread and cake makers. Our delicious breakfasts and lunches are made fresh on site.

We are open for breakfast and lunch using the finest locally sourced ingredients. We offer traditional breakfasts including Full English as well as Smashed Avocado, Scrambled Eggs, Granola, children’s choices and much more.

Our lunch menu consists of fresh sandwiches using Dorringtons Bread, fresh salads, toasted paninis, sausage rolls and a children’s lunch menu.

We also offer a range of Vegan and Gluten free breakfasts, lunches and cakes.

Our Afternoon Teas are amazing and our customers come back time and time again for these! All of our cakes are freshly baked by our local baker Mollie at “Blakes Bakes”. We have an outstanding reputation for serving the best cakes in town.

We also serve the much loved locally sourced “Saffron Ice Cream”. In the summer months these are a great hit with our little customers and big ones!
